Please Note: – For purchases made leading up to Christmas 2019, we have extended the returns period until the 7 Jan 2020.
Just in case you want to return any item, here is our returns policy:
We accept the return of any goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were received, by a reputable carrier and at your expense. The exception to this is client commissions – for which we will take a non-returnable deposit and the artwork is delivered after receipt of the final payment (with the client being kept apprised of progress through each stage of creation). We suggest that any items to be returned to us are also insured (check terms with carrier) as we are unable to refund monies for items which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note all sculpture must be packaged as we sent the item, or any insurance will be invalidated, and the cost of any damage repair will be with the sender.
EARRINGS – please note for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears where the inner packet has been opened.
