Bill Prickett, payment and returns policy

We are making Wednesday 21 December the last posting date for Christmas. All items will be sent Special Delivery or Next Day courier. We can email Gift Certificates for carving courses or private tuition right up to lunch time on Christmas Eve for those very last minute presents! Click here for course details.

All Bills sculptures are for sale (unless otherwise stated) and we try to keep the website as up-to-date as possible. We take most major credit cards and debit cards and can take orders over the phone. Please feel free to email us (info@billprickett.co.uk) and request that we call you back. Wherever possible, we are happy to discuss bringing a sculpture to you for viewing. This is of course dependent on your location, but it is always worth asking us, as we might just happen to be in your area sometime soon.

Shipping
Within the UK mainland we send sculptures, wherever possible, with next day delivery. When necessary we pack items with expanding foam bags for extra protection and we have successfully sent pieces all over the world. For mainland UK, most sculptures cost between 7.50 pounds (for the small bronze wren for example) and around 25 pounds (April 2011) for the much larger life size Harris Hawk on Glove.

Shipping Abroad
We are happy to ship abroad, but cost will obviously vary according to destination, so please contact us for a price on individual items.
As an example of costs (depending on exchange rate), to ship to USA, the Harris Hawk on Glove(a large item) will cost around 110 US dollars. Something small such as the wren(a small items) would cost around 25 US dollars. To ship to Belgium the Harris Hawk on Glove(a large item) would cost around 30 Euros and the wren (a small item) around 17 Euros.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely case that you want to return any item, here is our returns policy: We accept the return of any goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt for any reason, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were received, by a reputable carrier and at your expense. All items must be returned to us by a carrier approved by us in advance and must be insured (check terms with carrier and feel free to ring us if unsure). We are happy to arrange collection by our carriers if that is earsier. Please note all sculptures must be packaged as we sent the item, or the insurance will be invalidated, and the cost of any damage repair will be with the sender.
